Manufacturing Capabilities

To meet different requirements for component size, weight, and surface finish, we offer two manufacturing processes:

  • Silica Sol Investment Casting
    This process is suitable for producing parts weighing 0.01 kg to 80 kg, with surface roughness of Ra 3.2 to 6.3 and dimensional accuracy of CT4 to CT6.
  • Resin Sand Casting
    This process is suitable for producing parts weighing 20 kg to 2,000 kg, with surface roughness of Ra 6.3 to 12.6 and dimensional accuracy of CT9 to CT10.

Our 95 CNC machines handle castings across a wide range of weights and materials to meet customer drawings and application requirements. The lineup includes Mazak CNC lathes, three-, four-, and five-axis machining centers, and turn-mill centers, delivering the dimensional precision each part demands.
